Analysis: He also ran for a score, but the Eagles elected to run a bit more this week. He had attempted at least 37 passes in his previous three starts and reached 300 yards in each of them. Those daring to start Sanchez in fantasy will certainly want to consider this going forward.
Nov. 24 9:56 AM PT10:56 AM MT11:56 AM CT12:56 PM ET17:56 GMT1:56 AM 北京时间10:56 AM MST12:56 PM EST11:56 AM CT21:56 UAE12:56 ET15:56 - Sanchez threw for 307 yards and one touchdown in his third start for the injured Nick Foles on Sunday.
Analysis: He has 300 yards passing in three straight games, tying a team record.
Nov. 17 2:06 PM PT3:06 PM MT4:06 PM CT5:06 PM ET22:06 GMT6:06 AM 北京时间3:06 PM MST5:06 PM EST4:06 PM CT2:06 UAE (+1)17:06 ET20:06 - Sanchez finished with 300 yards passing for a second straight start Sunday. He went 26 of 44 for 346 and two touchdowns, but also threw two interceptions.
Analysis: He's thrown for 678 yards with four scores and two picks in the last two weeks.
Nov. 11 10:59 AM PT11:59 AM MT12:59 PM CT1:59 PM ET18:59 GMT2:59 AM 北京时间11:59 AM MST1:59 PM EST12:59 PM CT22:59 UAE13:59 ET16:59 - Sanchez had 332 yards passing and threw for two scores Monday in his first start since Dec. 30, 2012.
Analysis: Sanchez, the former franchise quarterback for the New York Jets, signed a one-year deal to back up Nick Foles after missing last season following shoulder surgery. Though he led the Jets to the AFC championship game his first two seasons, he didn't live up to enormous expectations in New York after being picked fifth in the 2009 draft. But one day before his 28th birthday Sanchez had one of the best games of his career.
Nov. 3 2:43 PM PT3:43 PM MT4:43 PM CT5:43 PM ET22:43 GMT6:43 AM 北京时间3:43 PM MST5:43 PM EST4:43 PM CT2:43 UAE (+1)17:43 ET20:43 - Sanchez completed 15 of 22 passes for 202 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions.
Analysis: In relief of Nick Foles, who left with an injury, Sanchez led the Eagles to a victory over Houston. Sanchez will start again Monday night against Carolina, but he still carries very little fantasy value.
Nov. 2 10:08 AM PT11:08 AM MT12:08 PM CT1:08 PM ET18:08 GMT2:08 AM 北京时间11:08 AM MST1:08 PM EST12:08 PM CT22:08 UAE13:08 ET16:08 - Sanchez is playing for the Eagles for the first time after starter Nick Foles was hurt in the second quarter against the Houston Texans.
Analysis: Sanchez, who led the New York Jets to the AFC championship game in his first two seasons in the NFL, quickly scored after entering the game. He set the touchdown up with a 52-yard pass.
Mar. 24 4:48 PM PT5:48 PM MT6:48 PM CT7:48 PM ET23:48 GMT7:48 AM 北京时间4:48 PM MST6:48 PM EST5:48 PM CT3:48 UAE (+1)19:48 ET22:48 - Recently released quarterback Mark Sanchez says playing for the Jets was "the thrill of my young career" in an open letter to the team, its fans and his former teammates.
Analysis: Sanchez, cut last Friday when the Jets signed Michael Vick, posted a link to the letter on his Twitter page on Monday. He says there were "some tough times, but mostly good times," highlighting the consecutive trips to the AFC championship game in his first two seasons in 2009 and 2010. Sanchez, drafted fifth overall in 2009, is a free agent who missed all of last season with a shoulder injury. He is expected to be ready in time for training camp, and Philadelphia and St. Louis are among the teams believed to have interest.
Mar. 21 3:20 PM PT4:20 PM MT5:20 PM CT6:20 PM ET22:20 GMT6:20 AM 北京时间3:20 PM MST5:20 PM EST4:20 PM CT2:20 UAE (+1)18:20 ET21:20 - The New York Jets released Mark Sanchez on Friday.
Analysis: The Sanchez move comes as no surprise. He spent this past season on injured reserve after injuring his right shoulder in a preseason game, clearing the way for rookie Geno Smith to start every game. Sanchez tore the labrum in his right shoulder in the Jets' third preseason game against the Giants and needed surgery to repair it in October. He had three years remaining on his contract, but his $13.1 million salary cap number for next season made it unlikely the team would keep him at that amount.
